President

Elliot is the visionary force behind Driftwood Talent Agency, bringing over 20 years of experience in talent management and the entertainment industry. A graduate of UCLA’s prestigious School of Theater, Film, and Television, Elliot began his career as a talent scout, quickly making a name for himself by signing some of Hollywood’s most celebrated stars early in their careers.  Elliot founded Driftwood Talent Agency to deliver a personalized, boutique experience for clients. 

Chief Operating Officer

 Sophia is a seasoned executive with a dual degree in Entertainment Law and Business Management from USC. Before joining Driftwood, Sophia served as a senior legal advisor at one of the top entertainment law firms in Los Angeles, where she negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts for A-list talent. At Driftwood, Sophia ensures operational excellence by overseeing internal processes, financial planning, and legal compliance. 

Creative Director

 Aaron is an award-winning creative professional with a background in marketing and digital media from NYU. With over a decade of experience leading branding campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and top-tier talent, Aaron brings a fresh and innovative perspective to Driftwood. He oversees the development of compelling brand strategies, visual storytelling, and innovative promotional content for the agency's clients.  

Director of Partner Management

 Nova Taylor is an accomplished industry professional with over 12 years of experience building strategic partnerships across the entertainment and media sectors. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Business Communications, Nova has worked with major studios and networks to develop mutually beneficial collaborations. Here at Driftwood, she oversees all partner relations, ensuring seamless cooperation between clients and industry stakeholders, including production companies, streaming platforms, and brand partners.  

Director of Talent Acquisition

 Chloe is a dynamic leader in talent scouting with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Stanford University and a Master’s in Talent Management from Columbia. Before joining Driftwood, Chloe was a Senior Talent Strategist at a global casting agency, where she discovered and nurtured emerging artists who went on to become household names. In her role at Driftwood, Chloe leads the agency’s efforts to identify and sign exceptional talent, leveraging her deep understanding of industry trends and an unparalleled network of connections. 

Head of Client Development

 DeAndre is a career strategist with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. With a background in PR and client management, DeAndre has spent the past 15 years cultivating relationships across film, television, and digital media platforms. At Driftwood, DeAndre works directly with clients to craft personalized career trajectories, from securing high-profile roles to brokering endorsement deals and strategic partnerships.
